Every fourth Saturday of every month, the church offers free emergency assistance to parents who need help obtaining baby necessities. Diapers, wipes, and occasionally other items may also be available. We do not require proof of residence or income. Limit one per household. Come by any time between 10 a.m. to noon to the parish hall. Enter the red doors by our parking lot and head into the gathering room. Distribution from St George’s is temporarily postponed.
This service primarily runs on donations from church members and those in the community. We used to help less than 10 families a month but recently we’re serving 50-70 families each month. Because of the tremendous growth we’ve seen in the last two years, we created an Amazon wish list for those looking to donate and have items shipped directly to the church.
